Cell Biology Lab (CBL) acts as a scientific research service platform on morphology research mainly, meanwhile undertakings experiment teaching and responsibilities of social service. Up to now, the equipments in CBL are as follows: JEM-100CXⅡ and HITACHI H-7650 transmission electron microscope(TEM), HITACHI S-3400N scanning electron microscope(SEM), BD FACSAria Flow Cytometry，Nikon C1si Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, Nikon Optical micrography system, Motic morphology image analysis system and many Olympus binocular biological optical microscopes.

    The provided science research service projects in CBL are as follow: research on ultrastructure of biological tissue; qualitative, positioning and quantitative study on tissue/cell components; analysis and sorting on cell suspension and granule samples; photography and morphology analysis on tissue sections.

    The main techniques used are: ultrathin section and electronic dyeing and negative dyeing technology; HE staining, histo/cytochemistry staining, immunohistochemistry(IHC), in situ hybridization(ISH), fluorescence labeling and immuno-fluorescence staining, freeze drying and Scanning electron microscope sample preparation technology.
