1．Sundries are strictly prohibited to be placed, and entry for irrelevant personnel is not allowed.
     2．The room must be kept neat and clean strictly to prevent pollution, fumigated with 0.1% formaldehyde regularly (once a month), and the working table must be disinfected by Benzalkonium bromide control type before using
     3．The experimenters must replace sterile closes, caps, shoes, etc. before entering into the sterile room, and hands must be sterilized with 0.1% Benzalkonium bromide or 75% alcohol before the operation.     
     4．Ultraviolet lamp should be turn on for 60 minutes before using, while blower should be turned on to purify the working table. Clean up immediately after operation, and turn on ultraviolet lamp again for 30 minutes.
     5．Inspection process should be strictly complied with the sterile operation procedures. Spare the indoor appliance. After using, tidy up and inspect all used apparatuses and clean workbenches.
     6. Inoculation loops must be sterilized by flames before and after use. And vaccination can only be processed after inoculation loop is cooled.         
     7. All experiment appliances with bacteria must be disinfected effectively before washing to prevent polluting sewer.
     8. Cleanliness must be made for sterile room regularly, while testing and checking settlement of sediment bacteria (turn on broth AGAR plate for 30 minutes at 37 ℃ and culture for 48 h ). If the average number of 100 grade bacteria colony is over 1 / dish, it should be cleaned and disinfected.
